Cancellation & Refund policy

Introduction

“RubberEMart” is committed to making you happy. You may or may not be eligible for a refund or
partial refund if you have purchased hard goods from rubberemart.com and are dissatisfied with the
product. Please check the manufacturer’s policy documents that are attached to the product
description. You can cancel your order through RubberEMart within 24 hours of making the
purchase.

Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting customersupport@rubberemart.com
Request of refund must be made within 24 hrs of the cancellation of the product. Refund amount
credited into the account within 30 days.

Non-returnable Items:

For the list of Non-Returnable items please check the product description and manufacturers policies
before purchasing.
