Rubberemart conditions of sale between sellers and buyers
Before placing an order for any products with the Sellers (referred to as “We,” “Our,” or “Us,” as the case may be) on RubberEMart, which is hosted on rubberemart.com (referred to in these “Conditions of Sale” as the website), please carefully read these terms. Your acceptance of these terms indicates your agreement to be bound by them.
You will also be bound by the terms, guidelines, and conditions (the “Terms”) of any RubberEMart-related service you use from rubberemart.com now or in the future. The terms will take precedence if these conditions of sale and those terms conflict.
CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH SELLING PRODUCTS TO YOU
Conditions for selling products on the RubberEMart section of the website to you are discussed in this section. Any reference to “website” in these Conditions of Sale shall mean and include only RubberEMart. These Conditions of Sale apply solely to your transactions on RubberEMart maintained on the website.
CONTRACT
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in it. The “Order Confirmation E-mail” will be sent to you after you place an order to purchase a product from us. It will confirm that we received your order and include the details of it. The Order Confirmation Email is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order; it does not mean that we have accepted your offer to purchase the ordered items. The contract of sale for a product that you have ordered is only concluded when we accept your offer.
You confirm that the products you order are for resale or for your business or institutional use in your contract with us, the Sellers. By placing an order on the website, you grant us permission to declare the aforementioned purpose of the products and submit a declaration on your behalf to any governmental authority. We give the Sellers permission to set a minimum quantity or value of units that can be purchased in a particular order, and you are bound by those terms.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are entitled to a free cancellation of that product.
RETURNS

COST AND ACCESSIBILITY
We include information about availability on each product information page for products sold on the website. We are unable to be more specific about availability than what is stated on that page or elsewhere on the website. Please be aware that dispatch estimates are merely estimates. They should not be relied upon as dispatch times are not guaranteed. If any of the items you ordered turn out to be out of stock, we will notify you via email as we process your order.

TAXES
You agree to pay any and all fees, costs, or charges associated with purchasing products from the website, as well as any and all applicable taxes, cesses, or other fees levied on it. It is your responsibility to update your correct tax registration information on rubberemart.com and ensure that you are registered in accordance with any applicable tax laws. If tax credits are denied to you for reasons attributable to you, we will not be held responsible under tax law. We will not alter invoices, as you acknowledge and agree. You promise to disclose the details of the credit note when filing your taxes and to reverse any tax credit you may have received for the returned product. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any damages or losses we suffer as a result of your compliance with the law.
HEALTH & SAFETY
You acknowledge that you have read and comprehended our Health & Safety Guidelines by purchasing any product from the website that is subject to safety or health restrictions.
CHILDREN
Only business customers who are able to make a legally binding contract in accordance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872 are eligible to use rubberemart.com. You can only use rubberemart.com if you have been specifically authorized to do so by the relevant business establishment if you are a minor (under the age of 18) who is responsible for operating or functioning a business establishment or ordering products for the business or institutional use of a business establishment.
COMMUNICATION
You are electronically communicating with us when you send us emails. When placing an order with us, you will be required to provide a current phone number. We may communicate with you via email, text message, phone call, notices posted on the website, or any other method. You agree that we may contact you regarding your order via SMS, e-mail, or telephone for contractual purposes.
LOSSES
We will not be held liable for any business loss (such as lost profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or other indirect or consequential loss that neither you nor we could reasonably have anticipated when we entered into a contract to sell you goods.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and our policies are subject to change at any time. Unless a change is required by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders that you have already placed), you will be bound by the policies and conditions of sale in effect at the time you place an order with us. The validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions will not be affected if one of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason.
THINGS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
If there is a factor beyond our control that delays or prevents us from carrying out our responsibilities under these terms, we will not be held accountable. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this condition.
WAIVER
If you violate these conditions but we don’t do anything, we can still use our rights and remedies in other situations where you violate them.
JURISDICTION
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded from the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions. As we do, you agree to submit to the Khammam courts’ sole jurisdiction.
